Throughout our site we have tried to seek the permission of friends and family to publish any photos in which they appear. We have also tried to protect the identity of any younger members of our famlies by selecting only photographs in which they cannot be identified.  We have also tried to preserve the anonimity of friends and family wherever possible.

It is a sorry state of affairs that we must do this, but it is a sign of the current degenerated mentality of the present day.

Thursday 31st March 2011

After a long period of inactivty we are back on our site.

During this peroid we have visited Qatar, Abu Dhabi, The Oman, Corsica and moved into a new house. So you will understand the delay.

During the next  few months we have Jeannies daughter & family arriving for 3 weeks which ends up with us all spending the last couple of days in Paris. This is going to be a very exciting period for Jeannie spending time with her daughter.

We also have a weeks visit to the UK to help Jeannies sister enjoy her 70th birthday.

At the end of the Summer we are off again this time to Canada and Niagara Falls.

And so the year will end but who knows what the rest of this year has in store for us.

At last we are getting reorganised on our website after a Summer of visitors, a trip to Croatia and 2 months in Australia.

We have just returned from a few days in Paris where we met up with friends of Jeannie. (Lloma & Milton)

The weather was very cold with wind and rain, but we all enjoyed it. The highlight being a full evening ( meal & show) at the Moulin Rouge, we also manged to find time to continue our hobby of geocaching.

Monday 2nd February 2009

Back from our great trip to Doha and settled into our unhurried way of life. So starts a new year in Bel Air

The drop in temperature has certainly made us appreciate the sun and central heating.

Sunday 7th December 2008

We are now getting ready for our Christmas break in Doha (Qatar) where we are spending a traditional family period with Colins daughter and family in a warmer climate !!!!.

May we wish all our friends A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.  With hope that your 2009 will be as happy and enjoyable as our 2008.

Monday  3rd November 2008

Saturday 1st November was a National holiday in France called Toussaint  (all saints) when family graves are visited and flowers placed. It was the first time that Jeannie had experienced this and armed with her camera we visited one of our local cemeteries (Plesse)

To view some of the fantastic photos visit it our Photo-album page.
